This is a good service overall. It was easy to set up, does not significantly slow mail delivery, and catches plenty of spam. I receive some unusual spam that periodically leaks through, but SpamHero has plenty of options to catch as many messages as possible. It is also easy to adjust with new blocked senders, etc. The community suggestion board is useful and has led to improvements. SpamHero definitely makes my e-mail work easier and more efficient since it saves me some bandwidth and puts the spam into one place, where I can review it just once per day.

Absolutely no drama. Set up was easy. Performance is like SpamHero is not even standing in the middle. The only difference is thousands of spam messages don't get to our inboxes! No problems with false positives. Easy to report false negatives. No problems at all actually. Reporting is great. Very happy.

Wish I had found SpamHero years before. The product and service are excellent, just as good as the high priced name brand guys, and much easier to use. Thanks guys...

SpamHero makes killing spam & phishing email extremely easy. It works WAY better than any on-premise solutions I've used and a fraction of the price of MX-based competitors. I now have some of my clients on SpamHero through the reseller option, and everything is working perfectly.

Spam is a thorn in any companies side, no matter how big or small a company. As an integrator of IT solutions in Australia, we are always on the hunt for cost effective, ease of use and great support from all products. Our hunt for an anti-spam product ended here with SpamHero. We configured our customer within minutes. Setup guides were easy to understand and implement. I was concerned about offshore support regarding timezone differences, but when dealing with support at SpamHero, the support staff actually care, follow through with every support request and are quick to respond. These concerns were quickly dismissed! The current feature set within the admin console far exceeds the cost of a subscription. Excellent product, keep up the awesome service!

Really pleased with the service and support from the SpamHero team. Accuracy is great (better than 99.5%) and considering the amount of spam I had before moving to this service, it has saved me lots of time! On the rare occasions that a legitimate email has been marked as spam, I have been able to recover that email and have it delivered without any trouble. This service is also an excellent way of testing your SPF record for another domain. Simply email a SpamHero managed domain and go to the "clean mail" page, go through the motions of approving the sender and the pop up shows whether the "sender authenticity" is correct.

We purchased a small ISP that had been around since 1998. The domain madras.net was being spammed, and all of our users were complaining of getting 500 - 1000 spam messages a day. The server that we inherited was running spamassasin, however that was not doing the trick. The load on the server with spamassasin and clamav scanning and filtering all that mail was taking a toll on it to say the least. With just a few clicks, SpamHero saved the day for us. Instantly after the MX records changed, we actually received positive feedback from our customers!

Until I signed up with Spam Hero I was receiving up to 50 spam emails daily and had no idea how to stop them! Now they have ceased and by visiting my 'dashboard' I am able to edit my emails as either clean or spam which has made a huge difference. And technically they set it all up for me - I have no hesitation in recommending them as very competitively prices and really helpful.

Spamhero offer an excellent service. There's a few minor creases to iron out but their pricing is the best in the business. Our server is much faster without an in-house product doing the scanning. It was quick and easy to setup on our Exchange 2007 server. The support team were quick and provided a detailed answer to my question. Forwarding any missed spam to Spamhero makes me feel like I'm part of something bigger and like I'm helping others as well as myself to receive less spam. I love the Spamhero logo!

Super easy to setup and get running, went from 200 odd spam emails per day (for one user) to zero. Extremely happy with the price and the service
