If you use SpamHero with SmarterASP.net or another SmarterMail email provider:

1. Following the normal SpamHero setup steps
2. Enable the SPF Workaround feature in SpamHero by going to:
   
   Settings > Filtering policies > SPF delivery workaround > Enable
   
   If you skip this step, email delivery will fail for certain senders with the following error:
   
   

   554 Sending address not accepted due to spam filter (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

   
   If you encounter this issue, you can have email re-delivered after you enable the SPF delivery workaround feature by following these instructions:
   
   View or re-queue messages that failed to deliver
